On June 21st, St Joseph's Indian Primary School observed International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and zeal. The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being among students, teachers, and staff. A yoga session was conducted in the school courtyard, where students and our Physical education teachers performed various asanas (postures) and breathing techniques. A special yoga demonstration was presented by students showcasing the benefits of yoga for physical and mental health. Students from different classes participated in a yoga session under the guidance of Ms. Viniba The International Yoga Day celebrations at School Were a resounding success, promoting physical and mental well-being among the school community. We look forward to continuing this initiative and encouraging our students to embrace yoga as a part of their daily lives.
