Zonal level athletics events for the year 2024 were organized by the Vasanth Nagar Cluster at Kamala Bai Higher Primary School on 20th and 21st August. Our students (boys and girls) participated in various track and field events and have secured medals. We won a total of 8 golds, 6 silver and 4 Bronze medals. Akshay of class 7B- 1st Place in shot put and 200 mts running race, 2nd place in Discuss throw and 4*100 mts relay race. Hariharan of class 7A- 1st Place in Dicuss throw, 2nd Place in Long jump and 4*100 mts relay race. Jacob of class 7C- 1st place in high jump and 400 mts running race, 2nd place in 4*100 mts relay race, and 3rd place in long jump. Mohammed Rasal of class 7B- 2nd place in 4*100 mts relay race. Joshitha of class 7A- 1st place in discuss throw, and shot put, 2nd place in 4*100 mts relay race. Emily of class 7A- 1st place in long jump, 2nd place in 4*100 mts relay race. Ancy of class 7A- 2nd place in 4*100 mts relay race. Vironica of class 6B- 2nd place in 4*100 mts relay race.
