St. Joseph’s Indian Primary School (SJIPS) held a Staff Orientation Program on May 27, 2026, in the SJIPS Boardroom. The session, titled “Practical Psychological Tools for Educators,” was facilitated by Ms. Seema Pillutla, a counseling psychologist, teen mentor, educator, and trainer. Ms. Seema delivered an engaging, interactive presentation that offered practical strategies to support students’ emotional well-being, improve classroom relationships, enhance communication, and better manage challenges. The session fostered active participation and meaningful discussions among teachers. The program was extremely enriching, offering valuable insights to support educators in fostering students' holistic development. It also strengthened SJIPS’s commitment to ongoing professional growth and educational excellence.
