On June 5, 2026, a Staff Seminar on “Safeguarding Students and Nurturing Safe Educational Communities” was held at the SJU Auditorium and led by Fr. Hans Zollner, S.J., Director of the IADC, PUG. The seminar underscored the shared responsibility of educators to ensure the safety, dignity, and holistic well-being of every child. Through insightful discussions, Fr. Zollner emphasized the need to provide every child with safe places, safe structures, and safe relationships, which are essential for healthy growth and learning. A few staff members from St. Joseph’s Indian Primary School attended and actively participated in the sessions. The program was highly informative and inspiring, offering valuable perspectives and practical approaches to help teachers foster a safe, supportive, and nurturing educational environment for all students.
